PROCESS
At Solace Custom Homes dreams and vision you have for your new home are an important part of our process. Our end goal is to create a home that’s unique to you, one that you will enjoy for years to come.
Our in-house Interior Designer, Ashley Underwood, will work with you to bring your housing dreams to life. An initial concept meeting with her allows the imagination to flow into creating the house of your future, whether you already own your lot or still looking for the perfect location.
Once we receive approval from the municipal permit office we start construction on your home. Engagement with our clients is essential so your part of the entire process. Construction walk-throughs allows us the opportunity to show you where we’re at.
Lastly, possession is where we do our final walkthrough to ensure our quality of work meets your expectation. It brings us joy to offer a home orientation so you can fully utilize every aspect of the house.
